By accessing or using Prism, the AI Readiness Assessment tool provided by Provectia, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service. These terms apply to all users of Prism, including free and paid tiers.

Prism is an AI readiness assessment tool that generates benchmark-driven reports based on your organization's self-reported data across five readiness pillars.

The service is designed to provide directional insights for internal planning purposes. Prism is not a substitute for professional consulting advice, legal guidance, or technical due diligence.

Reports are generated using a combination of your responses and industry benchmark data from third-party research sources.

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when completing the assessment. Reports are only as useful as the data you submit.

You agree to use Prism for legitimate business purposes only. You may not use the service to reverse-engineer our methodology, scrape data, or compete directly with Provectia.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials associated with your use of Prism.

Assessment reports are generated for informational purposes only. They reflect your self-reported data benchmarked against published industry research.

Reports are not guarantees of future performance, investment outcomes, or AI implementation success. Provectia makes no warranties regarding the accuracy of benchmarks or the applicability of recommendations to your specific situation.

You own your submitted data. You are granted a non-exclusive license to use your generated reports for internal business purposes.

Prism offers a free tier that provides a summary assessment report. Paid tiers with deeper analysis and additional features are available.

Payments for paid tiers are processed securely through Stripe. By submitting payment, you authorize Provectia to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on paid reports. If you are not satisfied with your report, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Provectia owns all rights to the Prism platform, including the assessment methodology, scoring framework, report templates, and underlying software.

You retain ownership of the data you submit. You grant Provectia a limited license to use your submitted data to generate your report and, in anonymized and aggregated form, to improve our benchmark datasets.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our reports, methodology, or platform without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Provectia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Prism.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable service in the preceding 12 months.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of Prism after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
